Please read this AI POLICY carefully and in its entirety before using https://thestarseedsanctuary.mykajabi.com/  (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site and its content are owned by The Starseed Sanctuary, Inc. and specifically, The Starseed Astrology Course or any other astrological courses within the site.

My Commitment

The lessons, frameworks, and interpretive guidance you receive in this program reflect years of study, practice, and teaching. When I share a technique, a nuance of chart synthesis, or a specific perspective on astrology, it comes from real astrological training and direct experience
working with real charts.

I use AI tools VERY selectively, mainly for graphics (if at all) — I DO NOT use AI tools for things like drafting text, brainstorming lesson structure,
repurposing content, or refining communications.

I never use AI to generate astrological interpretations, chart readings, or the core astrological teachings you came here to learn.

 

Astrology & AI Don’t Mix Well

AI language models can produce text that sounds authoritative but is frequently wrong about astrology. Because astrological knowledge isn't standardized the way geography or mathematics is, AI tools blend contradictory sources, mix house systems, confuse chart techniques, and generate plausible-sounding errors that are genuinely hard to spot if you're still learning.

 

The Integration Problem

Learning to read a chart is fundamentally a skill of integration that requires holding multiple factors in mind, weighing them, and arriving at a grounded interpretation. Using AI to skip that process doesn't accelerate your learning; it undermines it. The goal here is to build your own interpretive voice, not regurgitate AI-generated interpretations.

 

Copyright Infringement: Do Not Enter Course Materials Into AI Programs

The lessons, transcripts, workbooks, and all written content in this program are my original intellectual property. They are protected under copyright law and covered by the terms of service you agreed to when you enrolled.

Entering any portion of this course material into an AI program, including chatbots, large
language models, or any platform where your input may be used to train or inform a model, is a violation of copyright law and a breach of our terms of service. This has always been the case.

The only change is that we are now stating it explicitly. This Also Applies To "Private" AI Sessions Many AI platforms use submitted content to improve their models. Regardless of the platform's privacy settings, you do not have the right to reproduce or distribute copyrighted course content, including by entering it into an external system. If you are found to have done this, your access to the program will be revoked.

 

Academic Integrity and the Ethics of AI-Generated Work

Submitting AI-generated interpretations as your own work is plagiarism. It doesn't matter that the source is a machine rather than another astrologer. Presenting work you did not do as your own is dishonest and violates the trust that makes our astrological communities function.

In astrology, this matters even more than in most fields. The whole point of developing
interpretive skill is that it becomes yours: your voice, your reasoning, and your own unique interpretations. AI cannot develop that on your behalf.

Moreover, when you present AI-generated astrology as your own work, you’ll very often find that your interpretations are incorrect.

 

Integrity is Part of the Practice

Astrology is a responsibility. When you sit with a client as an astrologer, you are positioning yourself as an authority, as someone who holds a specialized body of knowledge and wisdom they cannot access in the same way. They come to you as a guide. That role carries real weight, and it deserves to be taken seriously.

Presenting AI-generated work as your own is not just a violation of our academic policy. It is a failure of integrity, and that failure doesn't stay contained to a homework assignment or an exam. It follows you into your practice. If you build a habit of outsourcing your interpretive work
to an AI program, you are not developing the discernment your clients are counting on.

AI tools often get astrology wrong. If you carry those errors into client sessions, you are not just failing to help; you are actively misleading people who came to you for guidance at meaningful moments in their lives. That is a disservice to your clients and is beneath the standard this program is designed to help you meet. The same honesty you owe your clients, you owe yourself in your learning.

 

Exam Policy: AI Use is Prohibited and Detectable

For students pursuing a Certificate of Completion through The Advanced Starseed Astrology Course (or any other Astrology Certifications that become available in the future), the final exam is your opportunity to demonstrate that you have genuinely integrated the material.

It has always been our policy that dishonesty, cheating and plagiarism, including copying the words of other astrologers or submitting work that is not your own, disqualify you from receiving certification.

We are now explicitly extending that policy to AI-generated responses. Using AI to write your exam answers is cheating. It was always against our policy.

 

We Use AI Detection Software

All exam submissions are now screened using AI detection tools. We have already identified submissions that were flagged as almost entirely AI-generated.

AI-generated astrological answers are also frequently wrong, so using AI to complete your exam will likely produce incorrect responses in addition to being a policy violation that permanently disqualifies you from receiving a Certificate of Completion.

CONSEQUENCES OF SUBMITTING AI-GENERATED EXAM WORK

*You will not receive a certificate o completion.

*No refund will be issued.

*The same applies to any written assignments in which AI-generated content is detected.

*If you are struggling with the material, please reach out before the exam. There are always options—more time, more support, additional resources.

Cheating is never the answer, and it never has to be.

 

How AI Can Be Used Appropriately Supported uses include (but are not limited to):
• Organizing your personal study notes.
• Drafting personal journal prompts for reflection.
• Generating flashcards on keywords to aid in your understanding.
• Refining or repurposing your original astrological content for personal or professional use
(e.g., asking an AI tool to edit, restructure, or polish content you have already written yourself,
with explicit instructions that the AI is not to add outside interpretations or astrological
information beyond what you have provided).
• Drafting or refining client intake forms and questionnaires.
• Writing follow-up emails or writing summaries based on your own notes.

• Proofreading and editing astrological reports you've already written.
• Creating templates for consultation agreements or documents used to prepare for readings.
• Using AI to conduct preliminary research on a specific astrological topic or technique
(provided you prompt the tool to cite reputable sources only, and you independently verify
every source it references before relying on the information).
