We ask that you provide 14 days notice if you need to cancel and if you signed up during presale, discounted pricing may not be available if you decide to return to the membership at a later date. There are no refunds for active membership months.

If tier structures ever change, you will be grandfathered in at the current rate. If you joined during presale, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime, receiving the presale rate for each tier. 

However, if you decide to quit the membership at anytime, presale pricing will not be available if you return.
